Utah Adult Immunization Coalition

The Utah Adult Immunization Coalition was formed in 1999 to improve immunization rates in adults 18 years of age and older. The UAIC is comprised of representatives from the public and private sectors such as local and state health departments, Aging and Adult Services, Intermountain Healthcare, University of Utah Healthcare, Utah Hospital Association, Comagine, and various pharmaceutical organizations.

Northern Utah Immunization Coalition

The Northern Utah Immunization Coalition (NUIC) was formed in 1993 to address the low immunization levels among two-year-olds in the northern counties of Weber, Morgan, and Davis. The Coalition’s mission is to promote early childhood and adolescent immunizations and educate the community through effective action and leadership. Adult activities are also included. It is comprised of a chairperson and individuals representing county/city schools, pediatrician’s offices, childcare centers, the Ogden Junior League, the PTA, the local health department and the local hospital.
