The Utah Statewide Immunization Information System (USIIS) accepts electronic immunization data submissions from Eligible Professionals (EPs) and Eligible Hospitals (EHs) to fulfill the Public Health Reporting objective – Immunization Registry Reporting under the EHR Incentive Program and the MIPS/Advancing Care Information Quality Payment Program.
EPs and EHs may use the following list as guidance for preparing and submitting immunization data to USIIS for the purpose of meeting the Public Health Reporting objective – Immunization Registry Reporting.
The following questions and answers address much of the information required for an eligible professional (EP) and eligible hospital (EH) that intends to meet Modified Stage 2 and Stage 3 Meaningful Use requirements by submitting electronic immunization data to USIIS.
